Get To Know Your Personal Coach

What’s your go-to workout jam or favorite hype song?

“Swag Surfin’” by F.L.Y (it gets the people going!)

Where would you rather be?

There’s no place I’d rather be than doing my dream job in Colorado, but I also love spending time with my family in nature, playing sports, or exploring new hobbies (currently into skateboarding and playing the keyboard).

What’s your cocktail of choice?

I’m not much of an alcohol guy, but I love a nice cold "pop." Right now, I’m into creamy root beer Zevia.

What has you smiling?

Winning the D-Bats chili cook-off and fantasy football league this year, or watching stand-up comedy on YouTube.

What’s your guilty pleasure food after a tough workout?

It’s a toss-up between a smothered steak burrito or pizza from a local spot.

What’s your favorite movie quote?

There are too many good ones to choose from, but I probably quote Will Ferrell movies the most:

  • “Why are you so sweaty? I was watching Cops.” (Step Brothers)
  • “I’m all jacked up on Mountain Dew!” (Talladega Nights)
